education about the brain and behavior.
-Sparking enthusiasm about neuroscience education and literacy, particularly for students and teachers in the state of Georgia;
-Increasing awareness about the brain, behavior, and career
opportunities in science;
-Providing K-12 teachers with innovative approaches to teaching science;
-Recruiting and retaining the best students in neuroscience education
programs;
-Identifying best practices for teaching science through research on
education curricula and theory.
