Poster Printing

Neuroscience Technology provides Neuroscience Institute core faculty labs with poster printing for free as a department service. Review the below specifications and requirements before submitting posters to be printed.

For poster sessions, seminars, or symposiums that are expecting ten or more posters printed by University Research Centers Technology it is required an event organizer submits the posters in a single bulk submission.

• Only available size is 36-inch paper
• Only available paper type is glossy
• Most posters printed are 48-inches wide by 36-inches tall
• Trimming is not available; posters will be scaled to fit 36-inches unless requested not to by the customer in which case the customer will be responsible for cutting off any excess white space

• If you are an event organizer with 10+ posters you must organize and submit the posters in bulk
• You must be directly affiliated with the Neuroscience Institute
  • Neuroscience Institute core faculty or staff
  • Neuroscience Institute graduate student enrolled in our PhD program or working in a core faculty lab
  • Neuroscience Institute undergraduate student enrolled in our bachelors program (please email CC your professor in any submission)
• Must be submitted two business days in advance
• Must be submitted as PDF file type
• Recommended poster background color is white
  • Posters must not have solid color backgrounds
  • Gradient backgrounds are approved on a case-by-case basis
• Reprints because of customer error are not allowed; only submit final drafts reviewed and approved by your PI
