Evan graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S in Psychology. As an undergraduate, Evan worked in the UMass Visual Cognition and Attention Lab studying emotional processing in anxiety and in the Boston University Vision and Cognition Laboratory studying visuospatial functioning in Parkinson’s disease. Before coming to Georgia State, Evan worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA on the National Institute of Health’s CIRT Study, a clinical trial evaluating anti-inflammatory treatment for preventing heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular death. Evan is interested in development, aging, and neuroinflammation. He is rotating in Dr. Anne Murphy’s lab and in the De Vries – Forger lab.
